Delete your Black & White Studio account
This page is for the BW Studio app and blackwhitestudios.com. You can delete your account yourself, without contacting anyone.
How to delete
- In the BW Studio app: sign in, open More, then Delete my account.
- On the website: sign in at My account (blackwhitestudios.com/en/account), scroll to the end and press Delete my account.
- You confirm with your password (accounts that sign in with Google only need to tick the box) and the account is deleted at once.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, saved addresses, loyalty points, the photos you sent us, your messages, the files we delivered to you, and your phone number and email on our records. Upcoming bookings that are not finished are cancelled. Download your photos first: they cannot be recovered.
What we must keep
The record of orders and payments (invoices) stays for the studio's accounts. Your name stays on billed orders; your phone number and email are removed. Files of a wedding that is still being produced are kept by the studio until the job is finished, and your link to them is cut.
